Use the private access code in the Coach tab. On your Mac, first choose Save this device to cloud. On your iPhone, choose Load cloud onto this device. Loading replaces this device's local data, so export a backup first. Once connected, changes automatically save to the cloud; use Reload cloud to fetch changes from your other device.
